Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your frames in their original case and cleaning cloth, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange frames within 5-7 business days.
